**PAQA Manager (Product Assurance & Quality Assurance)** We are looking for a **PAQA Manager** to lead and coordinate quality assurance and product assurance processes across our engineering and manufacturing activities. You will be instrumental in ensuring compliance with space-grade standards and quality protocols, from early design through integration, verification, and delivery. This role sits at the crossroads of engineering, manufacturing, and project management — a key figure in guaranteeing that our products not only work, but work **reliably** in the most demanding space environments. You’ll interface directly with engineers, customers, and suppliers, contributing to missions bound for LEO, GEO, and the Moon. **Main Responsibilities**
- Definition, tailoring, and implementation of PA/QA requirements based on project and customer needs.
- Supervision and support of Assembly, Integration, and Verification (AIV) activities.
- Establishment of non-conformance management processes and leading root cause analysis.
- Preparation and validation of quality-related documentation, including verification matrices, inspection plans, and PA reports.
- Definition of inspection protocols for components and subsystems (incoming/outgoing).
- Supporting audits, customer reviews, and milestone readiness reviews (TRR, QR, DRB, etc.).




- Promoting a culture of quality throughout the company, helping to embed best practices across all teams. **Required Skills**: - Experience working with ISO 9001 & ECSS standards.
- Understanding of quality control principles and lifecycle management.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Comfortable with technical English (spoken and written).
- Must speak at least one of: Italian, Slovenian, or English.
- Must have EU citizenship.
- Proactive, autonomous, and cross-team capable. **Preferred Skills**
- Experience with AS9100 aerospace quality standards.
- Background in electronics or mechanical systems.
