Technical Sales Proposal Specialist

We are looking for a motivated and talented professional to join our Service team.



The ideal candidate will play a key role in translating technical modernization and revamping studies into structured and competitive commercial proposals, contributing to business growth while developing technical-commercial expertise and progressively gaining direct exposure to customer-facing activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Proposal Management: Manage the end-to-end modernization/revamping proposal process through SAP and CRM, from opportunity creation to the final proposal document.
- Technical-Commercial Documentation: Convert technical studies developed by the team (mechanical, hydraulic, and process analyses) into structured, consistent, and customer-oriented commercial proposals.
- Process Standardization: Proactively develop templates, content libraries, and tools to streamline and standardize the proposal preparation process, improving efficiency and repeatability.
- Technical Product Packages: Create and maintain standard proposal packages for strategic products within the Service Melt
