Mileway is seeking a Portfolio Analyst Intern for our Milan regional office to join a dynamic asset management team. You will support data on occupancy, NOI, capex and help drive value creation while learning about disposals, leasing and reporting.

Start date: August 1st, 2026. The role requires Italian fluency and strong English, with a Bachelor’s or Master’s in finance, economics or real estate. Ideal candidates have <1 year of experience and strong Excel skills.
