Segula Technologies is looking for one Design Engineer to join our team and support an important client.

Responsibilities
-
- Manage component development and design changes with technical support from DRE.
- Manage the design activities of systems and related subcomponents with technical support from DRE.
- Support design completion dates based on project timing deliverables, in agreement with DRE.
- Manage assembly and sub‑assembly and provide support to customers (SIE, Protoshop, DRE, etc.) when required.
Qualifications

- University degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent (not mandatory).
- 7+ years of experience in an Engineering department.
- Knowledge of CAD systems: PLM user level; NX (mandatory); CREO (desired); CATIA V5‑V6 (desired). Ability to create and manage parametric models and complex structures with skeleton.
- Good knowledge of Italian and English.
Technical and Soft Skills Required

- Good knowledge of engine design,
specifically internal combustion engine systems (required).
- Experience with casting/plastic moulding/forging processes (highly preferred).
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes (preferred).
