We blend clinical excellence with innovation, evidence base therapy, SEL programming, and trauma‐informed care across New Jersey.

Internship Overview

Our internship program is designed for graduate students in counseling, social work, or related fields. Interns gain hands‐on experience in outpatient settings while receiving weekly supervision from licensed clinicians. Last year, 100% of Thrive interns passed their licensing exams on the first attempt—and all received employment offers.
