As Operations Manager, you will play a key role in building and supporting our Italian organization. You’ll be based in the Milan area and be responsible for all our Italian stores, working closely with our HQ in Denmark and reporting directly to the Country Manager in Italy. Your focus will be to ensure smooth store operations - from routines and stock flow to cash handling and staff training - always in line with Normal’s values and concept.
You will also take part in opening new stores and training managers and teams to deliver the genuine _Normal_ customer experience. **You should speak English and be open to travel** because we prefer face-to-face dialogue over virtual interactions, as we value personal connections. **Your main responsibilities**: - Support function for the stores;
- Sparring to ensure optimal staff planning and wages;
- Daily follow-up regarding stock issues: Receipts, write-downs, targeted counts, stock levels,



and analysis of similar indicators;
- Follow-up on daily operations: Wages, cash management, necessary corrections, analyses of similar indicators, wastage check-up, stock levels etc.;
- Training of store managers and staff implementing routines and procedures and acting as back-up;

- ready to travel within Italy **Position Details**: - Permanent contract
- Compensation: Fixed + premio
- Primary location: In stores (3-4 days pr. week) and in HQ Milan (1-2 days pr. week)
