About The Role

We're looking for a Key Account Manager to join our team and take ownership of a portfolio of strategic B2B clients. You'll be the primary point of contact for some of our most important relationships, responsible for retention, growth,



and long-term partnership development.

This role sits at the crossroads of commercial and operational work. You'll need to understand client needs deeply, coordinate internally to deliver on them, and consistently find ways to grow the relationship. 3-5 years of B2B account management experience required, ideally in fintech, payments, or financial services.

Key Responsibilities
- Client Ownership: Manage and grow a portfolio of B2B accounts, acting as the main point of contact and building strong, trusted relationships.
- Retention and Growth: Drive renewals and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within your existing book of business.
- Client Success: Understand each client's business needs and work cross-functionally with Product, Operations, and Compliance to ensure they get the most out of Hercle’s solutions.
