We are looking for an experienced **IT Project Manager** to join our team at the Italy IT Delivery Center located in Alba. This role is focused on managing and overseeing projects related to our **HR IT Platform**, ensuring that each initiative is delivered successfully within defined scope, budget, and timeline. As the IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating multiple project streams, ensuring the proper implementation of plans across all phases,



and maintaining alignment with resource availability and financial constraints. You will also play a key role in reporting progress and outcomes to the Project Steering Committee and other relevant stakeholders, fostering transparency and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle. **Main Responsibilities**:
In this position, you will lead and manage IT projects related to the HR IT Platform from initiation through to closure and handover. You will work closely with cross-functional teams—including HR, IT, and external vendors—to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Your responsibilities will include developing detailed project plans with clear timelines, milestones, and resource allocations, as well as monitoring progress and proactively addressing risks and issues. You will ensure all activities comply with IT governance and security standards, and you will be responsible for communicating project status and updates to stakeholders and senior management. Budget management will be a critical part of your role, requiring cost-effective decision-making and optimal resource utilization. Additionally, you will facilitate workshops and training sessions to support end-users and stakeholders throughout the implementation process. **Who we are looking for**:
