This role will act as a General Manager for Bologna site. He/She will be responsible and have direct reporting lines for local Quality, HSE, Procurement, Manufacturing and finance teams. As Europe skids Operations leader, he/she will also have direct reporting line for our Natural Gaz Operations and Quality teams in Armentières. **In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be**: - Own Monthly operational results for Bologna and Francel to ensure financial and customer commitments are met and exceeded (Sales, On Time Delivery, Inventory, profitability )
- Drive operational improvement to support customer expectations and develop operational market differentiators
- Drive margin improvement for our Natural Gas skids business in Europe
- Orchestrate product moves within Europe/Globally in coordination with PRM Manufacturing strategies
- In coordination with Europe and Global Supply Chain, identify, develop and implement programs to control our cost and our delivery risks
- Function as site leader for Bologna in coordination with Emerson country leadership and other Europe PRM leadership team to ensure alignment and continuity in a matrix environment
- Drive Operations perfection between sites to coordinate Natural gas skid’s delivery and profitability across sites (Bologna, Armentières, Manchester)
- Identify and drive organization and talent developments to achieve strategic deployment objectives
- Lead organization certification around Safety and Environment and drive team engagement to ensure compliance to standards and continuous improvementEnsure strong cooperation with PRM EU sites (Cluj, Manchester) **Who You Are**:

- Minimum 10 years of successful experience in a plant or business management responsibility in an international environment.
- Excellent attention to detail, timeliness, and accuracy.
- Experience on driving Operations continuous improvement programs will be crucial.
- Experience with Organization development is important for the role
- Eye for business and Strong provend ability to train, communicate, present & deliver sophisticated or technical information in a clear, concise and easy to understand manner at all levels.
- Good analytical and data interpretation skillsProficiency in Excel, HRIS systems (e.g., HCM, ORC) **Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart**: - A technical or business degree in Operations, Business or an equivalent education is preferred.
- Experience in warehousing and manufacturing is preferred.
- Experience dealing with uncertainty and complexity.
