Help us reshape our business and make a meaningful impact on various projects **Roles & Objectives**
As an Intern you will be part of our IT Operations and R&D; Platform in the IT Engineering Department for Philip Morris Manufacturing & Technology Bologna S.p.A. and will be reporting to the IT Project Manager Industrialization. The position will be based in Bologna. **Specific Responsibilities**: - Analyze and document existing operating models, workflows, and system dependencies;
- Work closely with IT and business teams to map process interactions and identify optimization opportunities;
- Support impact assessments of new industrialization initiatives on existing IT & Digital systems;
- Assist in the development of clear, structured documentation for process impacts and system integrations;
- Collaborate with stakeholders to capture requirements and translate them into actionable insights. **Who we’re looking for**: - Degree in IT, Business Process Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field;
- Curious and analytical mindset with a strong interest in understanding how systems and processes work;
- Good communication skills to document and explain complex processes clearly;
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams, including IT, Operations, and business stakeholders;
- Basic understanding of IT systems, databases, and process mapping is a plus;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, or similar tools) for documentation and analysis;
