- Team leadership and customer service.
- KPIs background and understanding. Strong analysis skills. Strong training skills.
- Comfortable conducting feedback conversations. Team Line up planning. Product knowledge.
- Good English skills/understanding.
- Professional handling of difficult interpersonal situations within the store team. Understanding the store´s needs and acting accordingly. **YOUR ACTIVITIES**: - Leading by example and coaching, coordinating the shop floor, and ensuring continuous development for the team in store.
- Drive store sales together with the team to meet the target set by delivering great customer service.
