We’re looking for a Procurement Specialist to join our team in Castiglione Olona, Italy. As a Procurement Specialist, your role will involve:
- Managing purchase orders for outsourced products to ensure on-time delivery and production continuity- Supporting production planning activities across sites in Italy and China- Collaborating with external suppliers and internal departments to maintain strong operational flows- Coordinating international shipments, including customs documentation and import/export compliance- Contributing to digital transformation initiatives within the supply chain function- Helping automate and improve procurement and planning processes in a growing team This is a full-time,



permanent position based in Castiglione Olona with hybrid working opportunities (up to 2 days remote). You'll join a close-knit international team where you can make a real impact early in your career. Your Profile
You will have:
- A Bachelor's degree (or higher), preferably in Management, Industrial Engineering, or related fields- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English- A proactive, self-starting attitude with the ability to manage tasks independently- A strong interest in digital tools and process optimisation- Solid interpersonal and collaboration skills Ideally, you will also have:
- Internship or 6-12 months' experience in a procurement, supply chain, or planning role- Exposure to international project environments or industrial manufacturing settings- Basic knowledge of shipping, customs, and international logistics Your Benefits
