Here's what your day-to-day will look like:Own the Story Lifecycle: Take full ownership of the end-to-end lifecycle—from technical design to production release—ensuring that product stories are robust and scalable.Accelerate Activation & Trust: Build and optimise high-reliability systems for onboarding, document verification, and security flows to ensure users can start transacting safely in minutes.Drive Engagement & Discovery:
Enhance the app experience by developing core backend services for shop discovery and personalised consumer journeys.Scale Loyalty & Monetisation: Build the technical foundation for user retention, contributing to "Plus" subscription plans, referral programs, and loyalty mechanics.Master a Modern Tech Stack: Take ownership of our AWS-based infrastructure and participate in architectural improvements across our growth-focused microservices.Work in an AI-Powered Environment: Leverage AI tools daily to write and optimise code, speed up root cause analysis, and generate documentation to raise engineering efficiency.Ensure Quality and Stability: Conduct technical analysis, accurately estimate effort, and participate in incident resolution to ensure system health.Collaborate & Document: Create comprehensive technical documentation and collaborate cross-functionally with Product and stakeholders to ali
