Internship As HR Generalist Assistant

**What you´ll do**: - Be involved in a wide range of international HR projects (e.g. Employer Reputation activities)
- Contribute to our success by taking over recruitment processes
- Coordinate training and workshop logistics and coordination - including ordering materials, communicating with internal leaders, managing online communication tools, etc.
- Support processes/operations of the respective Henkel team
- Comply with Henkel's internal guidelines, rules and regulations **What makes you a good fit**: - Master's Degree in Business, Human Resource Management, Psychology, or any other related field
- Problem solving capabilities
- Team working spirit
- Excellent communication skills
- Good organizational and planning skills
