**Business Analyst**:
HSPI S.p.A., part of the TXT Group, provides services in Business Consulting, IT Governance, and Digital Innovation.
To support the expansion and strengthening of its team in Rome, HSPI is looking for a Business Analyst to join the organization.
Main Responsibilities
Analyze and re-engineer the Client’s business processes;
Review and optimize the Client’s organizational model;
Support the Client in managing digital transformation programs;
Assist in the implementation of ERP Information Systems (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics 365, Infor, etc.)



covering the analyzed processes, in line with industry best practices.
Required Technical Skills
Excellent knowledge of the MS Office suite;
Strong ability to interact effectively with different stakeholders;
Genuine interest in management consulting, business process analysis, and/or organizational design.
**Education**: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Engineering, or related fields.
