We are looking for a motivated Operations Specialist to join our Project & Development Services (PDS) department, supporting the team in driving operational excellence and efficiency across our projects. As part of the Operations Team, you will play a key role in managing the full operational cycle (Accounts Payable & Receivable) for our two main entities: C&W; (UK) LLP (Professional Services) and Cushman & Wakefield Design & Build Italy S.r.l. (Construction). You’ll collaborate closely with Project Leaders, Finance, and the broader PDS team to ensure smooth financial processes, accurate reporting, and timely month-end closings — all while contributing to process improvement initiatives within a dynamic, multinational environment. **Key Responsibilities**: - Manage ERP master data and ensure accurate system updates. - Oversee both Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes, including adjustments and reconciliations.
- Support the review and optimization of business processes. - Maintain and update CRM data (Salesforce). - Manage payments and monitor collections (debtors list), working closely with the Credit Control Team. - Coordinate with Corporate Finance to ensure accuracy and alignment of AP/AR records. **Skills & Qualifications**: - Strong command of **English**, both written and spoken. - Proficiency in **Excel** and solid understanding of **accounting principles**. - Excellent **teamwork** and collaboration skills in a multinational context. - Strong **organizational and prioritization** abilities. - Previous experience in similar operational or finance-related roles will be considered a plus. **Why Join Us?**:
