Zenith Global, now part of IQ-EQ, is seeking an IT Help Desk Specialist to provide technical support to all employees and ensure the efficient operation of the company’s IT services. You will manage tickets, install and configure devices, support networks and VPN connections, and assist with Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune and Windows Autopilot.
Fluency in English and a collaborative, customer-oriented mindset are essential.
