- The Montblanc Italy Communication team, is looking for a VM & Wholesale Trade Marketing Trainee.
- **How will you make an impact?** **Visual Merchandising**- Visual Merchandising Materials Management: Oversee the distribution of visibility materials (POSM, Packaging, Give Aways) for Retail and Wholesale points of sale, managing the flow, allocation, and inventory control.
- Database Creation: Develop a database with window and furniture measurements to optimize the ordering and production of custom decorative materials.-
- **Wholesale Trade Marketing**- Wholesale Marketing Support: Implement and manage marketing activities at points of sale to increase brand visibility,



stimulate sales, and enhance customer experience.
- Logistical Support: Assist in preparing materials for events, manage shipments, coordinate suppliers, and set up spaces.
- Event Support: Welcome guests, provide information, and manage any emergencies to ensure the smooth running of events.
- Travel Planning and Booking: Research and book flights, hotels, and transportation, organize detailed itineraries, provide assistance to travelers, and manage changes to travel plans.-
- **How will you experience success with us?**- Fluent Italian and English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint )
- SAP knowledge nice to have
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Accuracy
- Results-oriented
- Good organizational skills
