As a Marketing Apprentice, you will play a role in supporting the marketing activities for our healthcare division. Our global workforce of over 44,000 employees is consistently delivering comprehensive solutions that meet the unique needs of our customers. **What you’ll do** Supporting your assigned tutor, you will: - Assist in conducting market research to identify trends, competitor analysis, and customer insights in the pharmaceutical industry. Help gather data and analyze market dynamics to support decision-making. - Collaborate with the marketing/sales team to develop promotional materials, including brochures, digital content, and presentations. Assist in creating engaging content that effectively communicates the features and benefits of our pharmaceutical products. - Assist in tracking and analyzing marketing metrics, including sales data, campaign performance, and customer feedback. Help generate reports and provide insights to optimize marketing strategies. - Collaborate with internal teams, including sales,
medical affairs, and regulatory affairs, to ensure alignment and effective communication of marketing initiatives. - Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics in the pharmaceutical sector. Assist in preparing competitive analysis reports and identifying growth opportunities. **What you’ll need** - Degree in Marketing, or a related field. - Strong interest in the pharmaceutical industry and familiarity with marketing principles. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. - Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities. - Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights. - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. - Fluent in English **What’s on offer?** - 2/3 years apprenticeship - Structured development and training plans - your success, is our success. - Location: Vimercate (MB) - Ecolab offices (hybrid/agile working model) **Our Commitment to a Culture of Inclusion & Belonging**
