Our R&D; department based in Nonantola (MO) is a center of global competence for Compact Hydraulic products **Main responsibilities**: - Coordinate and support project teams during product relocation processes.
- Manage the development and transfer of manufacturing processes, ensuring the dissemination of know-how and production technologies across the plants.
- Collaborate in the preparation of technical documentation (BOMs, assembly and testing instructions, PFMEA, Control Plans).
- Verify, together with the Quality department, compliance of manufacturing processes with the standards defined by the lead plant.




- Supervise the quality of initial supplies from LCC suppliers in collaboration with the Purchasing department.
- Work with Controlling to ensure product profitability after relocation.
- Support the definition of product localization strategies based on market data and customer feedback.
- Support monthly reporting activities related to investments and WE. **Qualifications**
- Experience in manufacturing, quality, or engineering environments.
- Good knowledge of manufacturing processes, technical drawings, and hydraulic functions.
- Excellent command of the English language.
- Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, CAM, POI-E).
- Good knowledge of MS Office; experience with ERP systems (Apache, GPS) is considered a plus. **Additional Information**
