Our kitchen is led by award-winning **Chef Patron Raphael Duntoye.** We are seeking an experienced Commis Chef to prepare mise-en-place before each service and assist in cooking and presenting dishes during service as directed by the Chef de Partie, ensuring all work meets Gio Gio’s standards. - **Operations**: Set up mise-en-place stations, prepare food items according to standard recipes with flair and quality, collect kitchen requisitions,
maintain high operational standards, ensure an excellent guest experience, and adapt flexibly to changes during service.
