As a Logistics Analyst within the Logistics team, you ensure that plant logistics activities are executed on time and meet defined performance targets. You play a key role in inventory accuracy, spare parts management, reporting, and process compliance while supporting operational efficiency across manufacturing sites.
Responsibilities Monitor plant logistics activities, ensure compliance with timelines and KPIs, and upscale issues to management when needed. Manage the planning, preparation, and shipment of spare parts to achieve required service levels. Coordinate cycle count activities, analyze inventory discrepancies, and support root cause investigations.
Maintain and update the Plan For Every Part (PFEP) to ensure accurate material planning data. Manage engineering change implementation by communicating BOM updates, aligning inventory, and updating systems. Lead BOM Audit activities by preparing plans, coordinating cross-functional teams, documenting findings, and tracking corrective actions.
Analyze and report on logistics performance metrics, including inventory accuracy, ASNs, stock transfers, pending transactions, and service levels. Support financial and operational compliance by managing month-end documentation, resolving invoice-to-delivery note discrepancies, and maintaining accurate records.
Experience Requirements Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or equivalent experience. 3+ years of experience in logistics, inventory control, supply chain operations, or a related field.
Experience with inventory management systems, material planning processes, and cycle count programs. Familiarity with bills of materials (BOM), engineering change management, and inventory reconciliation activities. Strong analytical, reporting, problem-solving, and cross-functional communication skills.
Languages Fluent
