Overview The Logistics Manager plays a key role in ensuring efficient, reliable, and cost-effective physical flows across the supply chain network.
Combining strong operational leadership with a continuous improvement mindset, this role oversees day-to-day logistics activities while contributing to strategic transformation initiatives aimed at enhancing warehousing, transportation, and overall logistics performance.
Working in close collaboration with internal stakeholders including Supply Chain, Customer Service, IT, Finance, and Procurement, as well as external logistics partners, the Logistics Manager ensures operational excellence, service continuity, and the successful evolution of logistics capabilities in line with business needs.
Operational Leadership & Partner Management
- Oversee and coordinate daily logistics operations, including warehousing, transportation, and inventory management, ensuring service continuity and reliability.
- Manage relationships with third-party logistics (3PL) providers and carriers, acting as the primary operational contact and ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and KPIs.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on logistics performance, identifying issues and implementing corrective actions to maintain high standards of service and operational efficiency.
Logistics Transformation & Process Improvement
- Actively support and contribute to key logistics evolution initiatives, projects including the design, implementation, and stabilization of new processes, tools, and operating models.
- Drive continuous improvement efforts across logistics activities to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize service quality.
- Collaborate with IT and other stakeholders to ensure effective system integration and optimal use of logistics-related technology.
- Balance project demands with ongoing operational stability,
ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption.
Compliance & Financial Stewardship
- Ensure all logistics operations comply with health, safety, security, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Support budget management for logistics activities, monitoring costs and identifying opportunities for financial optimization.

- Significant experience in logistics, warehousing, transportation, or supply chain operations, with a proven track record in managing complex operations or contributing to supply chain projects.
- Strong operational knowledge, combined with project management capabilities and experience in managing external logistics providers.
- Good understanding of logistics systems and process integration.
- Highly analytical, organized, and effective communicator, able to navigate a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment.
- Experience in luxury, FMCG, retail, or international distribution environments is a plus.
