- **The Guide**: Promoting hostel events and local Tuscan experiences to make every guest’s stay unforgettable.
- **The Hero**: Being a proactive problem-solver, jumping in to help with whatever comes up—from city tips to last-minute events.
- **The Team Player**: Cooperating with the whole team to keep the vibe high and operations smooth across different departments. **What you should have**: - At least **1 year of experience** in similar roles (Reception, Bartending, or Barista).
- **Team spirit**: The ability to collaborate effectively within a dynamic team.




- **Flexibility** to work on a shift schedule, including nights and weekends.
- Excellence in customer service and a **genuine passion for hospitality**.
