This includes general, preventive, corrective, and scheduled maintenance activities, both in the main areas of the hotel (guest rooms, SPA, restaurants, common areas) and in external facilities such as our Beach Club. The maintainer ensures high-quality standards and a safe environment for guests and employees, responding promptly to any technical request and contributing to maintaining the property’s professional image. In addition to these qualities,



the role requires a strong inclination for continuous learning: the ability to absorb new procedures, adapt to different systems or technologies, observe and improve one’s performance over time. Technical curiosity, mental flexibility, and a willingness to engage in ongoing training are key elements for effective collaboration with colleagues, external technicians, and internal departments. Professionalism, emotional maturity, problem‑solving skills, and the ability to communicate respectfully and calmly even in urgent situations complete the profile.
