**Transform** **the everyday with us.** We are looking for a **summer curricular intern** to join us from the beginning of **May to the end of August** in Milan within the IT transformation Hub. From Day 1 you are empowered to make a difference for a better tomorrow with your full potential and creativity. **Your Challenge** As an **AI Transformation** **Intern** some of your main activities will be: - Support training enhancement activities, including content formatting and content creation
- Support the execution of communications to the trainers’ community and colleagues to promote trainings and AI best practices
- Analyze sign-ups, attendance, and post-training survey data
- Create simple automations using available tools such as Power Automate
- Support the maintenance of dashboards
- Update SharePoint pages and training pages




- Integrate user feedback to continuously improve enablement activities
- Track adoption and engagement, capture value stories, and suggest improvements to maximize impact
- Stay up to date with AI industry developments and bring relevant insights back to the team and community **Required entry qualifications**
- Fluent in English and Italian
- Currently enrolled in a University (Communications, Business Administration, Management Engineering, or similar)
- Interest in AI
- Hands-on approach
- Energy and a proactive mindset
- Experience creating learning content or simple communications is a plus
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, SharePoint/Confluence, and basic analytics for tracking adoption is a plus **Join us and be yourself.** **Inclusion is our ambition!** Address to us your desired working conditions/ environment.
