We are looking foraM&A; and Project Finance Internto support the team in the analysis of new investment opportunities andfinancing solutions across different renewable energy technologies, includingsolar PV, onshore and offshore wind, and BESS.Working across the M&Aand; Project Finance teams, this person will be based in Milan(with thepossibility of hybrid remote working).

What you’ll do
- Support the M&A; and Project Finance teams in the analysis and executionof sell-side, buy-side and partnership transactions,



contributing to differentphases of the process under the supervision of senior team members.
- Assist in the preparation, update and review of financial models forM&A;, project valuation and project finance purposes, including sensitivityanalyses and scenario assessments.
- Support the analysis of investment opportunities across different renewableenergy technologies, contributing to the assessment of project economics, keyvalue drivers and potential risks.
- Contribute to market research and benchmarking activities related to newgeographical markets and emerging business models.
- Assist in the preparation of internal presentations, investment memos andsupporting materials for decision-making processes.
- Support the team in collecting, organizing and analysing financial,technical and commercial information related to projects in development,construction and operation.
