Panoram Hotel Management is a company specialized in hotel management, with presence in Spain and Italy and a continuously expanding portfolio under renowned international brands such as Hilton, IHG and Accor. As part of the upcoming opening of a Tapestry Collection by Hilton in Taormina, Sicily, we are looking for a Front Office Manager with experience and strategic vision, eager to join a challenging project with strong international projection in one of the Mediterranean’s most iconic destinations. Main Responsibilities
- Lead the **pre‑opening setup** and subsequent operation of the **Front Office department**, ensuring an exceptional guest experience from day one.
- Ensure full compliance with **Tapestry Collection by Hilton brand standards** and Panoram corporate procedures.
- Proactively manage and resolve any **guest inquiries or incidents**, maintaining outstanding satisfaction levels.
- Establish and implement the department’s **KPIs**, monitoring performance through control and analysis tools.
- Recruit, train and develop a **strong, service‑oriented team**, fostering a culture of high performance, excellence and engagement.
- Manage the **department’s budget**, supervise inventories and guarantee operational efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with all hotel departments to ensure a **seamless, coordinated and brand‑aligned service**. **Requirements**:



- Minimum of **4 years’ Front Office experience** in internationally branded hotels; pre‑opening experience will be highly valued.
- Degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management or related fields.
- Previous experience within **Hilton** (including Tapestry Collection) is a strong plus.
- Fluent Italian is essential. A professional level of English is also required.
- Proven **leadership, communication and problem‑solving** skills.
- Knowledge of PMS systems such as **OPERA, OnQ and PEP** (highly valued).
- Strong guest‑orientation and a genuine passion for **service excellence**. What We Offer
