Responsibilities Analyzing the customer’s technical specifications, with careful attention to correct interpretation and application Performing factory and on-site functional tests, maintenance activities, and troubleshooting on devices under test (such as protection relays, control IEDs, automation systems, etc.) Drafting and managing technical documentation related to work and projects Taking responsibility for training and professional development of junior staff through mentoring and knowledge transfer Required Skills Technical diploma in Electrical or Electronic Engineering; a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering will be considered a plus At least 1 year of experience in the field Basic knowledge of TERNA protection and control systems (SPCC DCO and DPT) Basic knowledge of testing procedures for protection, control, and monitoring devices (BPU, BCU, BMU, sensors) Basic ability to read electrical substation schematics, station automation diagrams, and power plant drawings Familiarity with PLC logic management based on IEC61131 protocol Basic knowledge of electrical protection software such as Digsi, PCM600, Micom S3, etc. Basic knowledge of relay testing software/tools such as TDMS (ISA) and TEST UNIVERSE (OMICRON) Basic knowledge of LAN networks and SCADA systems Basic knowledge of communication protocols/profiles (IEC 61850, IEC 60870-5-101, IEC 60870-5-103, IEC 60870-5-104, …) Soft Skills Strong technical problem-solving attitude Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams What we offer Professional growth opportunities in a solid and innovative company operating in the energy and infrastructure sector Continuous technical training and professional development programs Involvement in complex and challenging national and international projects Opportunity to take on a strategic role in project planning Buoni pasto and corporate welfare benefits Place of work COL Group operates in full compliance with Diversity & Inclusion principles, which underpin our values, with the aim of breaking down barriers and prejudices and ensuring an inclusive and diverse working environment where every individual is valued and respected.
