We are hiring Italian Customer Service Representatives to join an international team supporting a global client in Portugal. This role offers the chance to work in a dynamic, multicultural environment while developing your customer service skills.
Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Assist with product information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution . Deliver excellent customer service while ensuring a positive customer experience.
Follow up on customer requests and escalate issues when necessary.
