And if that’s you we would love to have you join us Job Description As a Field Support Engineer, you will provide onsite installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair support for complex automation systems. You will serve as the key technical liaison to our customers, ensuring high operational quality and exceptional service delivery. You will report to the Manager, Services Iberia & Israel. You will work in a hybrid model based in Rome or Milan, Italy.
Your Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and commission complex automation equipment and systems at customer sites.
- Diagnose issues, perform repairs, and execute preventive maintenance to ensure optimal system performance.
- Provide customer training on system operation, maintenance, and best practices.
- Document service activities, technical findings, and recommended actions using defined company procedures.
- Build and maintain productive relationships with customers and internal teams to support project success.
The Essentials - You Will Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Automation, Mechatronics, or related field), or equivalent professional experience aligned to the job profile.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in field service, technical support, or a related engineering environment.
