The Production Deployments domain owns the end‑to‑end lifecycle of production services at Agoda—from initial deployment through operating, scaling, day‑to‑day management, and eventual retirement. This work spans more than a thousand services in production and includes deployment orchestration, private cloud runtime environments, service controls, and cost‑aware resource management. The domain is central to Agoda’s Production Excellence,



balancing developer autonomy with the guardrails required for reliability, security, and efficiency at scale.

The Opportunity

As a Technical Product Manager for Production Deployments, you define and evolve the platforms that govern how services are deployed, operated, scaled, and managed in production. You partner with platform engineers, SREs, and application teams to improve not only how software is released, but also how it consumes resources, manages risk, and operates cost‑effectively across its lifecycle. This is a high‑impact role shaping how thousands of services run in production—enabling teams to move quickly while providing the visibility, controls, and standards required to operate reliably at scale.
