Context of the Position
As part of our strategic international expansion, JD Logistics is establishing its core infrastructure within the Italian market, driven by the launch of our small-goods fulfillment operations. This is a critical greenfield deployment phase, which requires our founding leadership team to manage high operational fluidity, establish local processes from the ground up,
and translate centralized global capabilities into localized execution.
This position is designed for an accomplished logistics professional with the strategic depth to oversee large-scale fulfillment operations and the long-term vision to contribute to the broader structural growth of JD Logistics within the region.
The Mission & Core Scope
- The Mission: Take comprehensive operational and strategic ownership of our brand-new small-goods fulfillment center in the Milan area, ensuring a flawless launch, rigorous SLA management, and long-term site optimization.
