Azienda Our Client is an European Real Estate Investment Management Company with a primary focus on offices, logistic and student housing assets. Its activities include acquisition, asset management, repositioning, (re)development and disposal of real estate. Develop the strategy for the assets in portfolio, comprising an ESG action plan, concluding DCF/NPV calculations, scenario and hold-sell analysis Proactively manage value add projects including repurposing/repositioning of assets Monitor investment performance and relevant asset KPIs Identify attractive investment opportunities and understand market trends Lead and support the sales and acquisition process from underwriting and due diligence through to negotiation and closing in order to achieve investment objectives Assess risks and ensure compliance with legal and financial regulations Proactively drive (digital & technical) innovation to enhance the value of the managed portfolio Fund Managers, ESG Team) Property Managers, Letting Agents, Lawyers) Competenze ed esperienza A successful Investment & Asset Manager should have: Master's degree preferably in real estate,



engineering or business economics Minimum 5 - 7 years' work experience in real estate Affinity both with transactions and asset management Understanding of financial practices applied to real estate Well informed of local legislation applicable to real estate Excellent knowledge of the Italian real estate markets and relevant network Strong communication and negotiation capabilities Resilient and well organised multi-tasker and team player Comfortable within an evolving and international environment Proactive, flexible and assertive Excellent Microsoft Office Skills (Excel, Power Point) Fluent in English (both written and spoken) Flexible Work: A hybrid work model with an average of two remote workdays per week Extensive internal training and development opportunities through the Client's Academy International & Inclusive Environment: An inclusive, equal-opportunity workplace within an international company, actively supported by they ED&I; Council Two additional vacation days, e.g., for projects of Client's Foundation #
