Department: Indicia - Client Services.
Responsibilities Own and develop the client relationship, aligning activity with commercial and marketing priorities. Lead, inspire, and mentor the in-market team to deliver operational excellence and innovation. Drive strategic growth by identifying opportunities to move higher up the marketing value chain.
Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders across marketing, shopper, brand, and procurement. Partner with strategy, performance, and production teams to deliver integrated, seamless solutions. Act as the in-market voice within the regional structure,
communicating local needs and opportunities.
Champion continuous improvement through process, creative, and operational innovation.
Skills and Experience 10+ years’ experience in agency, marketing, or client services roles. Strong commercial understanding, including P&L; management. Excellent leadership, coaching, and team development skills. Deep understanding of shopper strategy, retail, and brand activation. Confident engaging senior stakeholders across marketing, procurement, and commercial functions.
Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business outcomes. Comfortable working in a matrixed, multi-market environment.
