Location: Rome.
Responsibilities
- Own and develop the client relationship, aligning activity with commercial and marketing priorities.
- Lead, inspire, and mentor the in-market team to deliver operational excellence and innovation.
- Drive strategic growth by identifying opportunities to move higher up the marketing value chain.
- Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders across marketing, shopper, brand, and procurement.




- Partner with strategy, performance, and production teams to deliver integrated, seamless solutions.
- Ensure delivery meets all contractual KPIs, SLAs, and quality standards.
- Act as the in-market voice within the regional structure, communicating local needs and opportunities.
- Champion continuous improvement through process, creative, and operational innovation.

Skills and Experience
- 10+ years’ experience in agency, marketing, or client services roles.
- Proven success leading complex client relationships in fast-paced environments.
- Strong commercial understanding, including P&L; management.
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
- Deep understanding of shopper strategy, retail, and brand activation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a balance of strategic and tactical thinking.
- Confident engaging senior stakeholders across marketing, procurement, and comm
