We are seeking an Independent Sales Consultant in Italy to support the company's expansion within a strategic agricultural films market segment.

This is a flexible independent consulting opportunity for an experienced plastics industry professional with an established network in Italy. The consultant will collaborate closely with the VP Sales, Regional Director – EMEA, and the commercial team in Italy to support market development and customer engagement activities. The engagement will be structured around a flexible consulting arrangement with compensation aligned with business development outcomes.

Major Responsibilities Support the company's market expansion efforts within the Italian agricultural films sector. Leverage existing industry relationships to facilitate introductions and develop new commercial opportunities. Build and maintain relationships with film producers, converters, technical decision makers, and key industry stakeholders.

Identify customer needs and communicate relevant opportunities to the commercial and technical teams. Support the evaluation of potential projects, applications, and target accounts.



Participate in customer meetings, technical-commercial discussions, and follow-up activities as required.

Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to support the development of opportunities from initial contact through project evaluation and commercial discussions.

Requirements MUST: Extensive experience in the plastics industry, ideally with exposure to polyolefins, compounds, additives, masterbatches, film applications, or related polymer processing sectors. Strong network within the Italian plastics converting and agricultural films market.

Background in technical sales, business development, product management, application engineering, technical service, or consulting within the plastics industry. Ability to engage effectively with both commercial and technical stakeholders. Good understanding of film processing technologies and plastics manufacturing environments.

Professional working proficiency in Italian and English. Self-motivated, independent, and comfortable operating in a consulting / project-based environment. xrdztoy Availability to travel within Italy as required for customer meetings and industry-related activities.
