As ourService Product Manager in Nutrition Plant Engineering (NPE Division ), you will lead the end-to-end product lifecycle , driving the success of digital service products with global impact. You will own the product vision, define scalable strategies, and build high-performingdigital service products.You will work closely with development teams and seniorleadership aspart of a key digitalization strategy of GEA.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development ofnewdigital service products ;managing technical and commercial aspects ofproductdevelopment Owndigital service products, definingproduct roadmap , business scaling model ,standardizationand roll-out strategies to drive recurring revenue. Monitor and report KPIs , ensuring alignment with internal stage-gate processes. Identify innovation opportunities , drive product continuous development,and bring new products to market successfully. Craft and implement go-to-market strategies , thatbring our products to the market in arepeatable, scalable, and profitable way.
Conduct market analysis and competitive research to uncover growth opportunities. Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, sales, marketing, and R&D.; Support portfolio management and recurring revenue transformation initiatives. Support building a digital platform that scalesNPEdigitalserviceoffering. Drive the adoption of AI-enabled capabilities in digital service products. Your Profile / Qualifications
Degree in Business, Engineering, or related field Minimum 5+ years of experience in product management,digital products,service business transformation, or similar roles Solidanalytical capabilities and data-driven decision making Strong commercial mindset with a focus on outcomes and value creation Deep understanding of market dynamics and customer needs Experience with digital innovation , agile methodology, digital service sales Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in a matrix organization A proactive
