IBA has recently launched Learn2Grow , our new Learning Management System.
To support this transformation, we are looking for a Learning Systems Lead to structure, govern and drive the adoption of our learning technology ecosystem.

Mission
As Learning Systems Lead , you will own the strategy, governance, operations and continuous improvement of IBA’s Learning Management Systems and broader digital learning ecosystem .
You will ensure that Learn2Grow and related learning platforms are stable, scalable, user-friendly and effectively adopted across the organization. You will bring structure to systems, data, processes and governance, while supporting the transition from project implementation to sustainable run mode.
You will lead a team of approximately 6 people and work closely with stakeholders across the organization.




You will also identify opportunities to further develop learning technology and implement projects, helping IBA shape the future of digital learning.
