Your Mission As Human Resources Officer, you will be the trusted partner of our leadership team and the point of reference for our employees throughout every stage of their journey. You will help us build an inspiring workplace where people feel welcomed, supported, challenged and proud to belong.
What You Will Do Attract Exceptional Talent You understand that recruiting is about identifying potential, attitude and cultural fit, not simply filling vacancies.
You will: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for seasonal and permanent positions. Develop sourcing strategies to attract high-quality hospitality professionals. Build strong relationships with hospitality schools, universities and recruitment partners. Represent the Resort during career fairs and employer branding initiatives. Ensure every candidate enjoys a professional and engaging recruitment experience.
Create Outstanding Employee Experiences
First impressions matter.
You will design and coordinate onboarding experiences that allow every new colleague to feel welcomed, informed and connected from day one. You will actively contribute to employee engagement initiatives that strengthen motivation, collaboration and belonging throughout the season.
Support Our Leaders
Working closely with Department Heads and Hotel Management, you will provide guidance across key HR processes, including: Workforce planning Recruitment Performance management Talent development Employee relations Organizational improvements Your goal is to enable leaders to build high-performing teams while maintaining a positive and respectful working environment.
Ensure Operational Excellence
You will oversee HR administrative activities with accuracy and confidentiality, including: Employment documentation Contract management Personnel files Compliance with Italian labour legislation Collaboration with payroll and external consultants Monitoring of deadlines and HR documentation Attention to detail and reliability are fundamental. Build a Positive Workplace Culture Culture is not created by policies. It is built through everyday interactions.
You will contribute to creating an environment based on trust, inclusion, accountability and collaboration, where every employee feels valued and motivated to deliver exceptional service.
About You
You are passionate about people. You naturally build relationships based on credibility, empathy and professionalism.
You remain calm under pressure, communicate with confidence and know how to balance operational priorities with genuine care for employees.
You bring: Previous experience in Human Resources, ideally within luxury hospitality, tourism or international service environments. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail. Sound knowledge of Italian employment legislation. Fluency in Italian and English; German is considered an advantage. High level of integrity, discretion and professionalism. Positive mindset, flexibility and a genuine passion for hospitality.
