In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to managers and leaders, supporting the organization in all people‑related matters while helping drive business performance through effective HR strategies and practices.

What You'll Be Doing

As HR Business Partner, you will partner closely with managers and the leadership team to support organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and business growth.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Promote an inclusive, high performing culture across the organization, aligned with APM Terminals' values and
- Contribute to continuous learning and improvement approach and adoption of new lean ways of working, through capability building.
- Identify development needs and support the design and implementation of learning initiatives aligned with business priorities.
