Drive HR strategy in a fast-growing international organization.

Our client is a dynamic and internationally oriented organization undergoing significant growth and transformation. To support its evolving business needs, the company is looking for an experienced HR Partner who will act as a trusted advisor to leaders and managers, driving the people agenda and contributing to the development of a high-performing and collaborative culture. Provide guidance on performance management, talent reviews and succession planning.

Advise managers on employee relations and people management matters. Monitor and analyze workforce data to support decision-making. Collaborate with HR Centres of Excellence and HR Operations to deliver integrated HR solutions.

Competenze ed esperienza Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law or related disciplines.



At least 8 years of experience in HR Business Partnering roles within international and complex environments. Strong experience supporting leaders on organizational and people-related matters.

Experience in workforce planning, talent management and change management initiatives. Good understanding of Italian employment law. Fluency in Italian and English.

Preferred Qualifications Experience in multinational, matrix or rapidly evolving organizations. Knowledge of HRIS platforms such as SAP Success Factors, Workday or similar systems. Professional HR certifications are considered a plus. Completa l'offerta This is a permanent contract offered under CCNL Chimico Farmaceutico, Quadro level.Location: Hybrid role based in Milan
