Databricks is hiring a DSA Manager to build and lead a Delivery Solution Architects team across SEMEA, focusing on post-sales delivery with major customers. The role partners with Sales, Pre-Sales, FDE and Partners to shape adoption and ROI, leveraging AI tooling and cross-functional programs for scalable success.

You will manage a diverse team, guide project delivery, and be the technical sponsor for selected customers, while ensuring alignment with regional growth and customer outcomes.
