Prada Group is seeking a senior F&B; Operations & New Openings Lead to drive global development and rollout of new openings while optimizing existing locations. You will coordinate internal teams and external partners, manage licensing processes, and ensure adherence to brand standards across Prada and Miu Miu concepts.

The role requires strong project management, financial analysis, and Excel skills, with fluency in English and Italian and willingness to travel internationally.
