Tax department for VAT Closings and accounting related topics.
Preparing monthly consolidation reporting package to HQ according to Group guideline Preparing financial statements according to the IAS/ IFRS international accounting standards* Preparing data analysis and supporting schedules required in an audit process* Ensure monthly reconciliation and full understanding of the main balance sheet items coming from contract management system.
Ensure monthly reconciliation and full understanding of the main profit and loss items Taking active part in international accounting and cross-functional projects* Actively participating in continuous improvement, standardization and reengineering of processes and controlsCompetences Degree in Economics or similar* Minimum 5+ years of experience in accounting, preferably gained within one of the Big Four and/or working for a medium to large international company* Experience in Long Term Rental business* International Accounting Standards knowledge* Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and SAP application* SAS knowledge* Fluent in English* Excellent analytical and problem solving skills* Proactive and result-driven, able to set priorities and meet challenging deadlines* Strong interpersonal, communication and teamwork skills
