JD.com is seeking a Last Mile Capacity Planner in Milano to build structured capacity plans for 1–6 months, monitor utilization, and coordinate with logistics, operations and IT to keep the network efficient and resilient.
You will analyze gaps between plan and execution, identify risks, drive improvements, and work with global teams to optimize processes, delivering reliable service and scalable capacity for a fast-growing e-commerce platform.
