DESIGNATION Sr. Manager/AVP Operations Special Fastening Solutions

Location: Vada, Maharashtra

EXPECTATIONS
- Heading operations & supply chain of Fast growing fastener manufacturing division
- Technological up-gradation, Automation and Capacity expansion on global scale.
- To lead the team for implementation of various operational excellence initiatives like Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, leading to Business Excellence.
- Contribute significantly in Employee satisfaction and Customer Satisfaction.

EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 12 - 25 years experience, out of which 5 years of proven track record at Sr Management level in a fast growing world class fastener manufacturing organization
- Exposure to fasteners, operations, manufacturing, Vendor development, sales and support functions
