From initial briefing and creative sourcing to technical screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation, you will ensure we bring the best talent into the sales team (high volume hiring) Pillar Partnership: Partner closely with hiring managers to ensure consistency in our recruitment strategy, pipeline health, and hiring velocity.HR Administration: Pick up and execute core HR operations tasks, logging contract variations, employee lifecycle paperwork, and ensuring smooth local compliance steps.Onboarding & Lifecycle: Run an exceptional onboarding process for new starters, making sure their first weeks are structured, supportive, and full of tail wags.Systems Management: Closely administer HiBob as our central HRIS to maintain candidate-to-employee data integrity, run reports, and optimize workflows.Engagement Activities: Help design and drive internal team engagement initiatives and culture events, keeping our teams connected and
