For this ambicious project, we are looking for an outstanding AI Product Specialist who is driven by our mission: "Nobody should suffer or die because at some point medical information was missing". The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of artificial intelligence technologies and their application in product development. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive the development, launch, and enhancement of AI-driven products, ensuring they meet customer needs and market demands. Collaborate with the engineering and design teams to define product vision and roadmap for AI-driven solutions.
Understand customer needs and translate them into product specifications and feature requirements. Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer pain points in the AI space. Evaluate AI technologies and platforms to recommend integration opportunities. Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams, marketing, sales, and customer support. Communicate product updates and roadmaps to stakeholders effectively. Oversee product testing phases, gather feedback, and ensure product performance aligns with customer expectations. Analyze product usage data to inform decisions and optimize product features. Develop training materials and conduct workshops for internal teams and customers on AI products. Provide ongoing support to customers and address technical queries related to AI functionalities.
