We're looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our Customer Success team in Milan.

The Customer Success Manager role will cover a wide range of customer support and strategic tasks, working closely with clients and our wider Sales team. The Customer Success Manager will:





Be the first and main point of reference for dealers and guide them once the contract has been signed

Support customers in defining and executing their digital strategy

Collaborate closely with Sales to support pilot customers, renewals, and expansion opportunities

Evaluate dealer performance — including website quality, stock imagery, adoption of new features, and overall digital presence

Conduct training sessions to educate customers on product features, functionalities, and updates

Liaise with Content Editors to keep training content up to date and continuously improve processes

Our ideal Customer Success Manager will have a background within an Automotive Dealership environment and a strong customer-oriented approach. Native level of Italian and fluent English
